ABOUT US
LEADING APPLIED DRAMA EDUCATION IN SINGAPORE
inwardBOUND is Singapore’s leading applied drama education company, creating transformative experiences through drama programmes, workshops, CCAs, and camps for Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and Junior Colleges.
Since 2005, we’ve championed the belief that drama doesn’t just build skills — it builds people. Our name reflects our purpose: growth from within, impact that radiates outward. We use theatre as a tool to spark empathy, encourage reflection, and ignite change.
At the heart of our mission is re:ACT — our signature youth-led festival that brings students, communities, and causes together through the power of hybrid theatre. From intergenerational storytelling to cross-border collaboration, re:ACT has empowered young people to address real-world issues through performance, dialogue, and digital innovation.
Over the two decades, inwardBOUND has reached over 200,000 students and partnered with more than 100 schools and national agencies. Through drama CCA programmes, assembly shows, and our touring theatre-in-education work, we continue to unpack difficult conversations, inspire courage, and champion values that matter.
We don’t just put students on stage.
We give them a platform to lead, listen, and reimagine the world around them — one story at a time.

What We Do
For over 20 years, inwardBOUND has been a cornerstone of drama education in Singapore, dedicated to using the stage as a catalyst for growth, empathy, and innovation. We believe theatre is more than just performance—it is a powerful tool for connection. From the classroom to the corporate boardroom, we empower individuals to find their voice, build resilience, and collaborate with purpose.
